I always check the weather forecast a few days before I have a photoshoot planned. In this case, there was rain forecasted, for most of the day, so we decided to reschedule. But then, on the morning of the shoot, the forecast was waaay more positive, and we decided to give it a go.
A few hours later we met on a large heather field in Drenthe, in the north of the Netherlands. I was looking forward to a moody sky, my favorite kind of sky! We decided to meet when there’d still be rain, so we could walk to our location and start taking pictures as soon as the rain stopped. Somehow, we walked to our location when there was no rain, and when we arrived it started raining… Something went wrong 😉 But this happy couple didn’t really care, and enjoyed a romantic picknick under the umbrella. And I? Happy as ever!
