‘Workshop storytelling’ I read in a post by one of my favorite Dutch photographers. There was a picture of a tree house attached. Oh yeah, I have to attend! So I signed up for the workshop.
A few weeks later. I enter the adress details in the public transport planner. 3.5 hours of travel. Oops, that’s much longer than I thought (long for Dutch standards, I am aware I am living in a small country). But no reason to cancel, I am waaaay to excited. I arranged a couch to sleep on via Couch Surfing. The night before the workshop I stay with a supercute couple planning on emigrating the next month. Hello ‘I want to travel’ feelings. The next day it was only a small ride to the location of the workshop.
We started with some theory by Ilka (www.ilkavanwieren.com) and Isis (www.isissturtewagen.nl). After that, two couples arrive that will be our models for the afternoon. I was in the group with models M & M, and they were sooo cute together. I really enjoyed their love, playfulness and enthousiasm. Here are some pictures of this inspiring day:
