One of the best decisions in my life was to sign up for a workshop program about starting your own photography business. Not only did I gain a loooot of useful knowledge, I also got to meet 6 amazing women who became my friends. One of them is Rebecca, and even though I don’t see her often now that the program finished, I still love knowing she’s always up for a chat and a walk.
She doesn’t live nearby (in my Dutch eyes at least), so we decided to meet halfway. I had only been at this location at sunrises in winter, so seeing it on a summer’s day was a whole new experience. This landscape never disappoints, and the dark skies above the sun lit heather field make it once again look like a movie scene (and my beloved Scotland).
We had a lot of fun, and I added a sense of adventure to the whole thing by first reading the map, telling Rebecca we should follow the main path and then getting overexcited by an adventurous looking path to the right. Needless to say: the map was right, this path indeed was not really a path and we had to return when facing a fence. But it was fun if you ask me!
Okay, enough of that; enjoy the happy faces of Rebecca and her dog Bobbi!
